Harbison Aged Care in the Southern Highlands, was looking for assistance with digital transformation, to help their teams improve efficiency and delivery of care, while also being easy to use and staying up-to-date with new tech developments.
They wanted a solution that would be simple, scalable, and secure, supporting Harbison’s people-first approach to managing aged care and dementia care.
As a community-owned organisation operating in the aged care space since the 1950s, Harbison’s team take pride in their forward-thinking approach when it comes to the evolving needs of residents and the delivery of their care.
A key challenge for Harbison was having visibility across their sites and giving staff the ability to quickly respond to incidents and monitor the needs of their residents. Harbison CEO David Cochran was keen to find a system they could ‘set and forget’, and that wouldn’t require time-intensive maintenance or training.
